When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 15 min early from the time that you are scheduled. We reserve the right to cut your guided tour if you do not arrive on time.
When are tours given?
Tours are given during the weekdays only.
What is your cancellation policy?
We allow the rescheduling of tours up to three weeks in advance without penalty. A penalty will not be assessed if cancellation is due to weather and an alternate date is booked.
Is there a minimum to book a tour?
Yes, we have a minimum charge of $100 for a school tour.
What is your policy on chaperones?
We allow 1 free admission for chaperones or teachers per 15 paid students. Any additional chaperones or teachers will be charged the price of the field trip.
Can we eat our lunches there?
We have a school lunch area set up that is under shelter as well as outdoor picnic tables for your group to enjoy their lunches.
